* The Resort shall not be liable for any loss of personal property or valuables.
* Guests are responsible for any missing items from their rooms and will be charged accordingly.
* Guests assume full responsibility and agree to cover the costs of any damages caused by themselves or their visitors to the Resort property.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
* The Resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the premises if they violate Resort rules or policies.
* Bringing outside food, drinks, or shisha onto the resort premises is prohibited; these items can be purchased from resort outlets.
* Burkini attire is permitted in the Pine pool and indoor pool but not in the Infinity pool due to the presence of an alcohol bar.
* The Infinity pool is reserved for adults only; children may swim in the Pine pool and indoor pool.
