Shisha or hookah is allowed only in designated areas such as the restaurant or Shisha lounge and is strictly prohibited in rooms, bungalows, balconies, and terraces. The Resort is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings unless directly caused by its own negligence. Guests are fully responsible for any missing items from their rooms and for any damages caused by themselves or their visitors to the Resort’s property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, and pets are not permitted on the premises. The Resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate its policies. Outside food, beverages, and shisha are not allowed and must be purchased from resort outlets. Burkini swimwear is welcome in the Pine pool and indoor pool, but not in the adults-only Infinity pool due to the presence of an alcohol bar. Children are permitted to swim in the Pine and indoor pools only.
