How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, log in to your ChaletBLB account, navigate to your reservations, and follow the cancellation process. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Host Commitments
ChaletBLB requires hosts to comply with this cancellation policy.

Policy Exceptions
If a guest fails to show up without canceling, the booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided. Refunds for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Booking Modifications
Modifications to booking dates or details may be accommodated at the host’s discretion. Additional fees may apply. ChaletBLB does not guarantee availability for requested changes.

Host Cancellations
If a host cancels a booking, guests will receive a full refund and, where possible, assistance in finding alternative accommodations.
