Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations Before 14 Days
   • Guests may cancel their booking 14 days or more before the check-in time to receive a full refund, including applicable service fees.
2. Cancellations Within 14 Days
   • 8–13 Days Before Check-In: Guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
   • 2–7 Days Before Check-In: Guests will receive a 25% refund of the booking amount.
   • Less Than 48 Hours Before Check-In: Payments are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
   • If a guest fails to show up without canceling, the booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, log in to your ChaletBLB account, navigate to your reservations, and follow the cancellation process. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days for eligible amounts.

Host Commitments
ChaletBLB requires hosts to comply with this cancellation policy and process refunds promptly for eligible cancellations.

Policy Exceptions
Refunds for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Booking Modifications
Modifications to booking dates or details may be accommodated at the host’s discretion. Additional fees may apply, and availability for requested changes is not guaranteed.

Host Cancellations
If a host cancels a booking, guests will receive a full refund, and ChaletBLB will assist in finding alternative accommodations where possible.
